Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you received the Goods or when a third party (not the carrier) appointed by you takes delivery. To cancel, email us at 📩 support@wirelessnepal.com with a clear request.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. The same payment method will be used for your refund with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Goods must be purchased within the last 7 days
  • Goods must be in original packaging
  • Goods must be unused and unregistered (not paired with apps/devices)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or configured devices
  • Unsealed items with hygiene or installation concerns
  • Activated or modified electronics
  • Partially returned bundles

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions. Discounted items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Refunds are processed only upon receiving the item or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If a product marked as a gift was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
