Terms and Conditions – Wireless Nepal

1. Definitions
"Wireless Nepal": Refers to the platform operator (Connect Us), headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
"User": Any individual browsing, registering, or purchasing from the platform.
"Vendor": Any individual or company listing products on the platform.
"Products": Smart home automation gadgets, electronics, or accessories listed for sale.
"Platform": The website, mobile apps, admin portals, and services offered under Wireless Nepal.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Nepalese law.
Vendors must be registered businesses or verified individuals with a valid PAN/VAT number (as required by law).
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
Users and vendors must provide complete and accurate information during sign-up.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Wireless Nepal is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence on your part.
You may not impersonate another person or entity.
4. Platform Usage Guidelines
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Mislead users through inaccurate listings or fake reviews.
- Infringe on third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
- Upload any malware, spyware, or harmful scripts.
- Engage in price manipulation, fake orders, or order bombing.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must:
- Only list genuine, safe, and authorized smart home products.
- Provide clear descriptions, pricing, images, stock availability, and warranty info.
- Fulfill all orders within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- Handle post-sale customer support, including returns and warranty issues.
- Respond to customer complaints within 48 hours.
- Abide by Wireless Nepal’s return, refund, and listing policies.
6. Product Listings
Only permitted items related to smart living and home automation may be listed.
Prohibited items include:
- Illegal surveillance devices
- Counterfeit or untested electronic goods
- Hazardous materials
Listings must not use unauthorized brand images or logos.
7. Order Placement & Fulfillment
Orders placed are binding once payment is confirmed or COD is verified.
Wireless Nepal reserves the right to cancel or hold orders due to:
- Fraud suspicion
- Stock issues
- Customer request
Vendors are required to update order status (Packed, Shipped, Delivered).
8. Pricing and Platform Fees
Product prices must be inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
Wireless Nepal charges a commission per sale (disclosed in vendor dashboard).
Platform fees are deducted from vendor payouts.
Promotions/discounts may be applied by the platform after vendor agreement.
9. Payments & Settlements
Customers may pay via eSewa, Khalti, Visa/Mastercard, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Vendor payouts are processed within 7 business days post successful delivery.
Wireless Nepal may withhold payments if:
- There are open disputes
- Fraudulent activities are detected
- KYC or tax compliance is not met
10. Delivery & Logistics
Wireless Nepal partners with verified logistics providers for nationwide delivery.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Inside Valley: 1–3 days
- Outside Valley: 3–7 days
Vendors must package products safely and provide tracking when applicable.
In case of loss or damage, vendors and logistics providers must resolve as per agreement.
11. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Customers may request returns for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/damaged product (within 48 hours of receipt)
- Product not as described
Conditions:
- Must be in original packaging
- Must not be used, altered, or registered
Refunds are issued via:
- Wallet refund (store credit)
- Original payment method
- Vendor payout deduction (if applicable)
12. Warranty Policy
Vendors must disclose warranty terms (period, coverage).
Customers are entitled to vendor-provided support during the warranty period.
Wireless Nepal is not liable for product malfunction unless caused by its own system or negligence.
13. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, text, and code are the property of Wireless Nepal or its licensors.
Vendors grant Wireless Nepal a non-exclusive license to use product images and branding for platform use, marketing, and promotions.
Users may not reproduce or copy platform content without permission.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Data is stored on secure servers hosted in Nepal or permitted jurisdictions.
We use data to improve service, fulfill orders, and prevent fraud.
We do not sell user data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
Your account may be suspended/terminated for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud or chargebacks
- Refusal to fulfill orders
- Misuse of platform tools
- Abusive behavior toward customers or support
16. Liability Disclaimer
Wireless Nepal shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Vendor-related disputes or product faults
- Logistics delays or theft beyond its control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
17. Dispute Resolution
Minor issues will be mediated by our Support Team.
Formal disputes may be escalated to third-party mediation.
Legal jurisdiction: Kathmandu District Court, Nepal
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If updated, a notice will be provided on the platform or via email.
