How approval works
Four clear stages — easy to apply, secure to activate.
1. Quick application
Share business type, company name, PAN, email, and phone. Takes about two minutes.
2. Admin verification
Our team reviews your application, may request more information, then approves or declines.
3. Profile completion
After approval, finish the onboarding wizard — address, warehouse, coverage, bank, and documents.
4. Vendor activated
An admin verifies your documents, reviews your profile, then Activates your store. Products, orders, inventory, and payments unlock after that.

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will get an in-app notification and WhatsApp confirmation when we receive your application.
Platform fees vary by category and campaign. Current default marketplace fees are shown in your vendor finance settings after activation; promotional rates may apply for new sellers.
Not for the first step. Apply with business type, company name, PAN, email, and phone. After approval, complete Business, Store, Locations, and Bank — including registration and PAN certificates.
After an admin Activates your store. That happens after approval, 100% profile completion, document verification, and Activate. Until then, product upload, orders, inventory, and payments stay locked.
