Wireless Nepal operates an online marketplace for electronics and related products and services in Nepal. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our website and related services.

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, and we store the profile fields you manage in Account settings (such as phone number).

Order and delivery data: product selections, order history, payment method (for example cash on delivery), delivery notes, and the municipality and ward you choose for delivery verification.

Location data: coordinates or map selections from the delivery address tools are used only to resolve municipality and ward boundaries for delivery eligibility and fulfillment. We do not sell your precise location.

Preferences and activity: notification choices, AI recommendation consent, saved addresses, search and browsing events used to operate and improve the marketplace, and support messages you send us.

Vendor data: if you apply as a seller we also process business details, KYC documents, bank information, and related verification records as described in our Policies.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, process and fulfill orders, verify ward-level delivery, communicate about orders and support, operate vendor onboarding and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve site reliability and features.

AI personalization features use browsing history and preferences only when you have enabled AI recommendations in Account settings. You can turn this off at any time.

We share order and delivery details with the relevant seller and logistics partners as needed to fulfill your purchase.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database, and similar infrastructure. They process data on our instructions.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect Wireless Nepal, our users, or the public from harm or fraud.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the cart, checkout, and account areas. Disabling these cookies may prevent core marketplace features from working.

We keep account, order, and vendor records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting duties, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, but no online system is completely secure.

You can update profile, phone, addresses, notification preferences, and AI recommendation consent in Account settings. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs and orders still in progress.

Wireless Nepal is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we publish revisions. Continued use of Wireless Nepal after an update means you accept the revised policy.
