These terms of service govern your use of the Wireless Nepal website and marketplace. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy and Policies pages.

Wireless Nepal provides a platform that connects customers with independent sellers. Unless we expressly sell an item ourselves, products and related warranties are offered by the seller named on the listing or order.

You must sign in with a Google account you control and provide accurate profile and delivery information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users or sellers.

Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change until checkout is completed. Product availability depends on seller inventory and logistics configuration.

Checkout accepts cash on delivery.

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance and fulfillment are subject to stock, delivery coverage, and seller confirmation. Cancelled or undeliverable orders are handled according to our Policies.

Delivery is offered on a ward and municipality basis as configured by Wireless Nepal and each seller. Selecting an unsupported location may block checkout or limit shipping options.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or on the order are estimates from the seller. Tracking updates appear once the seller marks the shipment as packed or shipped.

Returns, refunds, and warranty coverage follow the rules on our Policies page and the seller’s listing at the time of purchase. Contact the seller first for product issues; escalate to Wireless Nepal support when a dispute cannot be resolved.

Vendors must complete onboarding, accept Vendor Terms & Conditions on the Policies page, and keep business, KYC, and bank details accurate. Selling remains locked until Wireless Nepal verifies and activates the store.

Settlement, take-rate, and payout rules follow platform finance settings in effect at the time of each order.

You may not misuse Wireless Nepal, including by posting unlawful or infringing content, attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the service, manipulating reviews or rankings, or using the platform for fraud.

We may remove content, cancel orders, or restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

Wireless Nepal branding, site design, and platform software are owned by Wireless Nepal or its licensors. Listing content and product media remain the responsibility of the seller who uploads them. You may not copy or reuse platform materials except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.

The marketplace is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nepal law, Wireless Nepal is not liable for seller product quality beyond our role as platform operator, for delays caused by logistics partners, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Nepal unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
